Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Espinosa stated that the government's investigation, which includes interviews with over 60 individuals, continues to uncover alleged victims. Federal investigators are scrutinizing the brothers' iCloud accounts, social media activity on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and dating app accounts belonging to Oren and Alon, who works in security.

Searches of the brothers' residences in New York and Miami yielded numerous electronic devices, including laptops, iPads, and cell phones. The brothers' parents and Oren's wife were present at the hearing. They are currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

The allegations depict the brothers leveraging their wealth and influence to lure women into compromising situations, involving drugs and sexual assault. Tal Alexander's legal team maintains the charges are baseless and expects evidence to exonerate the brothers.
