Former "Bachelorette" star Ali Fedotowsky-Manno has opened up about her decision to trade the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles for a more tranquil life in Nashville, Tennessee. In a recent conversation on Savannah Chrisley's "Unlocked" podcast, the 40-year-old television personality revealed the driving forces behind her family's relocation.

Fedotowsky-Manno, who initially gained recognition on "The Bachelor" before headlining her own season of "The Bachelorette," explained that she and her husband, radio and TV host Kevin Manno, both worked in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. However, she eventually reached a breaking point and told her agent she was finished with Hollywood. She expressed a desire for a quieter existence in Nashville with her family, a wish they promptly fulfilled.

Fedotowsky-Manno cited the pervasive "bullying" and "cutthroat" nature of the entertainment industry as a major factor in her decision. She described feeling bombarded by negativity and expressed a strong desire to remove herself from that environment. While acknowledging that social hierarchies exist everywhere, she emphasized her family's love for their new life in Nashville.
However, her transition hasn't been without its challenges. Fedotowsky-Manno admitted that severe allergies have slightly dampened her enjoyment of Nashville's natural beauty, particularly in the fall. She detailed her extensive efforts to combat the allergies, including various therapies, medications, and lifestyle changes. She's explored everything from chiropractic treatments and acupuncture to lymphatic massages and red light therapy, even incorporating local honey and sinus flushes into her routine. The only measure she hasn't resorted to is surgery for a deviated septum.

Despite the allergy struggles, Fedotowsky-Manno, who also appeared on "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test," remains committed to her family's life in Nashville.
