German authorities have issued an urgent warning concerning the highly potent "Blue Punisher" ecstasy pill following the tragic deaths of two teenage girls. The pill, marked with a skull logo resembling the Marvel character The Punisher, is believed to contain a dangerously high dose of MDMA.
A 13-year-old girl from Altentreptow passed away in a hospital on Monday after ingesting the drug. Two other teenagers, aged 14 and 15, were also hospitalized after consuming the pill. A 37-year-old man has been taken into custody in connection with the 13-year-old's death. Police in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, where the incident occurred, are urging extreme caution.

A separate investigation is underway in Brandenburg, a neighboring state, where a 15-year-old girl died over the weekend from a suspected drug overdose. Authorities are working to determine if the "Blue Punisher" pill was involved in this case as well.
Neubrandenburg police emphasized the extreme danger of the pill, stating that even half a pill could have life-threatening consequences due to its high MDMA concentration. They strongly cautioned against consuming any narcotics, especially this particular pill.
The police have issued a widespread alert, particularly within the region where the pill is known to be circulating. They are actively working to remove the dangerous drug from the streets and prevent further tragedies.
