Bloody Mary Mix

Borsari brand Bloody Mary mix was recalled due to undeclared fish and soy allergens. The 32-ounce bottles were sold online and in stores within a 100-mile radius of Jamestown, New York.

The recall was initiated after a New York State Department of Agriculture inspection.

Carrots and Vegetable Medleys

4Earth Farms recalled organic carrots and vegetable medleys containing carrots due to potential E. coli contamination. The products, sold between September and November in seven states, have expired, but the FDA issued an alert due to the possibility they might still be in consumers' freezers.

Cucumbers and Related Products

Multiple cucumber recalls occurred due to salmonella concerns. SunFed Produce recalled whole American cucumbers, prompting recalls of related products by other brands, including Hardie's Fresh Foods (supplied to Costco in Dallas and Houston), Baloian Farms of Arizona Co. Inc., Russ Davis Wholesale (various cucumber-containing products), and Walmart (sliced cucumber products in Texas stores). Yummi Sushi products containing cucumbers sold at Kroger in Texas were also recalled.

Enoki Mushrooms

Daily Veggies Enoki Mushroom, Product to Korea, sold in 200-gram packages nationwide, was recalled due to potential listeria contamination.

Granola Bars

MadeGood granola bars with specific UPCs and sell-by dates were recalled due to potential metal contamination. No injuries have been reported.

Hushpuppies

Atkinson Milling Company recalled three frozen hushpuppy products (1-pound and 2-pound, 8-ounce bags of "Hushpuppies With Onions" and 2-pound, 8-ounce bags of "Hushpuppies") due to undeclared milk allergens. The products were sold in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

VidaSlim Weight Loss Products

VidaSlim weight loss capsules and "Ho Body Brew" were recalled due to the presence of yellow oleander, a poisonous plant. The products are no longer available on the VidaSlim website.
