Singer Grimes, Elon Musk's former partner, expressed her disapproval of their four-year-old son, known as "Lil X," being present at an Oval Office event with former President Donald Trump. The event, which took place earlier this week, saw Trump introduce the young boy as "X," praising him as a "great guy" and a "high-IQ individual."
Grimes, upon learning of her son's presence at the event, voiced her concerns on social media. Responding to a comment about her son's politeness, she stated that he "should not be in public like this" and expressed gratitude for being alerted to the situation. She also shared her relief that her son had behaved politely.
This incident is not the first time Lil X has accompanied his father to high-profile events. Musk has been seen with his son at various events in Washington D.C. in recent weeks, often carrying him on his shoulders. Lil X was also present with Musk and the Trump family at Mar-a-Lago on election night. More recently, Lil X, along with Musk's twins with Shivon Zilis, Strider and Azure, attended a meeting between Musk and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Blair House.
Musk has a large family, with twelve children in total. This includes six children from his previous marriage to author Justine Wilson, among them twins and triplets, three children with Grimes (Lil X, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus, also known as Tau), and twins Strider and Azure with Shivon Zilis.
