Las Vegas Bachelor Party Takes Bizarre Turn: Man's Alleged Drug-Induced Escapade Leads to Arrest

A Long Island man's bachelor party in Las Vegas took a strange and unexpected turn, resulting in his arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. Brian Danilczyk, 35, is accused of punching a one-legged man at a bar, streaking through a hotel, and dancing naked on a poker table. His pregnant wife, Michele Danilczyk, claims his behavior was the result of his drink being spiked with a drug that caused a severe hallucinogenic reaction.

The incident began Sunday night at the Bird Bar in the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. According to a police report, Danilczyk punched a one-legged man, prompting bystanders to intervene and restrain him. He then fled to the LINQ Hotel, shed his clothes, and continued to Harrah's Las Vegas. There, he allegedly climbed onto a poker table and exposed himself while gyrating, as captured in a censored video obtained by TMZ. Security personnel attempted to remove him, leading to a struggle before he was finally detained.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers connected Danilczyk to the earlier assault at Bird Bar. While the victim declined to press charges, describing the attack as unprovoked, police filed disorderly conduct charges due to the intervention of bystanders. Danilczyk claimed no memory of either incident and appeared to be in an altered mental state. Medics confirmed his vitals were stable.

Danilczyk's father, William Danilczyk, corroborated the account of his son feeling unwell after a round of drinks with friends. He described his son becoming paranoid and running off, with friends in pursuit. They attempted to calm him down, but his condition worsened, and he fled again. William Danilczyk believes a drug was responsible for his son's erratic actions.

Brian Danilczyk's court appearance is scheduled for August 17th. The investigation continues as his family maintains his innocence, asserting he is a victim of an unknown substance slipped into his drink.
