Serial entrepreneur and author Magatte Wade strongly criticized Rep. Jamie Raskin and other Democrats, accusing them of not prioritizing the American people's interests during a recent Congressional hearing. Wade, who testified at the February 11 Judiciary hearing, gained attention for challenging Rep. Raskin's remarks about Elon Musk and his team, whom Raskin referred to as "mutant teenage racist computer hackers" and accused of improperly accessing financial records at the U.S. Treasury.
Wade questioned the Democrats' focus on Musk, asking about their ultimate goal and emphasizing the importance of improving the lives of ordinary Americans. "What is the endgame? Isn't the endgame to make us, the American people, better off?" she inquired, urging lawmakers to prioritize the needs of citizens over attacks on Musk.

In a subsequent interview on "The Will Cain Show," Wade described the Congressional session as a "joke" and highlighted the critical issue of overregulation, drawing on her experience starting businesses in both Senegal and Silicon Valley. She emphasized the profound impact of excessive regulations, stating, "It means the difference between life and death, war or peace, being free or enslaved."

Wade expressed concern that some members of Congress seemed more focused on criticizing individuals like Musk than on serving their constituents. She questioned their motivations, asking, "Are you not working for us? Have you been put in this position by us? Are you not reporting to us?" She left the hearing deeply troubled by Rep. Raskin's behavior, asserting that he was "clearly" not working for the American people.
