Tristan-Guerra's arrest follows a joint investigation by ICE and the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office, culminating in his conviction on two counts of invasive visual recording in a bathroom in August 2021. This apprehension comes amidst a series of arrests by ICE in Houston, targeting individuals associated with the international criminal group Tren de Aragua, including three suspected members allegedly involved in a multi-state sex trafficking operation.
