Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have decided to give their marriage another shot. A Georgia court dismissed their divorce case on Friday after Zolciak filed for a "dismissal without prejudice." This comes just two months after the couple initially filed separate divorce petitions.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum and former NFL player were recently spotted attending church together in Atlanta, hinting at a potential reconciliation. The couple share four children, and Biermann adopted Zolciak's two daughters from a previous relationship. They have been married for 11 years.
The initial divorce filings in May cited irreconcilable differences, with Biermann requesting sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children. He also sought an equitable division of assets and debts accumulated during their marriage. Zolciak, in her petition, requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody, along with child support and the restoration of her maiden name.
Beyond the divorce proceedings, the couple has faced financial challenges, including reported tax debts exceeding $1 million and a previously scheduled foreclosure auction on their Georgia mansion, which was later canceled.
