McClung, who has seen limited action with the Orlando Magic this season, delivered four flawless dunks, each earning a perfect score of 50. His repertoire included leaping over a car and soaring over 6-foot-11 Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star Evan Mobley. This dominant performance secured his victory over San Antonio Spurs guard Stephon Castle.

The G League standout expressed his passion for the competition, stating, "It's something I love doing. That's where my creativity comes from." He joins Nate Robinson as the only other three-time champion, though Robinson's wins were not consecutive.

McClung's electrifying display ignited social media, with stars like Ja Morant and Giannis Antetokounmpo expressing their awe and even hinting at future participation in the contest. Despite having only played in five NBA games across various teams, McClung dedicated nearly nine months to preparing for the event. He remains undecided about pursuing a fourth title.
