Following the passing of Clint Eastwood's longtime partner, Christina Sandera, six months ago, his son, Scott Eastwood, has offered a glimpse into how the 94-year-old Hollywood icon is coping. In a recent interview with People magazine, Scott shared a positive update, stating that his father is "doing good" and described him as a "survivor" and "trouper."

Clint Eastwood's girlfriend of ten years, Christina Sandera, passed away in July. At the time, Eastwood released a statement to the Hollywood Reporter expressing his sadness and describing Sandera as a "lovely, caring woman." Days later, Clint's daughter, Morgan Eastwood, also shared a tribute on social media, remembering Sandera as a "good partner" to their father and expressing the family's grief over the "devastating loss."

According to the Monterey County Department of Health, Sandera's cause of death was cardiac arrhythmia. Eastwood and Sandera maintained a largely private relationship throughout their decade together. They reportedly met in 2014 when Sandera worked at Eastwood's Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Northern California. While they generally kept a low profile, they did make appearances together at some red carpet events, including the premiere of Eastwood's film "Richard Jewell" in 2018.

Clint Eastwood has eight children from previous relationships and marriages. He was married to Maggie Johnson from 1953 to 1984 and Dina Ruiz from 1996 to 2014.
